Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Kombat Arts Mississauga

The Kombat Arts Training Academy began modestly, in a tiny space in Gold’s Gym in Mississauga, with a small group of committed Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students and teachers.

We swiftly expanded and were compelled to relocate to a larger facility in 2002. We settled in Burnhamthorpe and Mavis in a tiny 3500 sq. ft. condominium. More courses were offered to accommodate the growing student body.

In 2004, we decided to truly develop and relocated to a much larger area of roughly 5500 sq. ft. at Kamato and Tomken.  For the first time, the Kombat Arts Training Academy had enough room to accommodate a Boxing ring. Separate places for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and standup were also readily accommodated.

We now have over 20 teachers and close to 7 distinct Martial Art programmes. Our BJJ gym is expanding rapidly, and we’ve decided to relocate our school to a 8500 sq. ft. facility. We are ecstatic about our new venture and pledge to continue to provide the greatest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction in Mississauga.
